The ovens are all manufactured out of high duty fire bricks that are individually cut and shaped, then placed with fire adhesive to complete an extremely rigid and durable structure, with the entire slab and dome being insulated with crushed volcanic rock and thermal ceramics.

The final finish of the ovens is entirely up to the clients specifications, whether they are dome finished, recessed behind a wall or finished with tiles, mosaics, textured paint etc..
